LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE PRODUCT HTML editor Yugie v 5.x by David Vučenovič

IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY: This License Agreement ("License", "License Agreement") is a contract between you (either an individual or juridical entity) and D. Vučenovič and covers a computer program HTML editor Yugie v 5.X.
This includes a computer program and can include i) the appropriate distribution media; II) printed materials; III) on-line documentation; IV) any supporting libraries needed for the program running.
By installing, copying or otherwise using a computer program you agree with the terms specified in this License, and you are bound by them. If you do not agree with this terms, please do not install and do not use this program.

COPYRIGHT
A computer program is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties and other laws and treaties and agreements of intellectual property. This computer product was not sold you, but D. Vučenovič give you licence for using only.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Under this license agreement you are granted the following rights:
1.1 Number of copies
On your computer you may install and use the purchased number of copies for the operating system.

2. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
2.1 TRIAL, TESTING AND UNOFFICIAL VERSION
If the product is indicated in the documentation, in a window with information about the application or directly in the main screen as "BETA", "PRE-RELEASE", "TRIAL VERSION" or "NON-PUBLIC VERSION", it is an experimental version of the product, which may contain some errors and lack of problems solutions. Do not use this version as replacement for the final version.
2.2 LIMITATIONS ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION AND DISASSEMBLY
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the computer program are not allowed, except and only within the scope expressly permitted by applicable law.
2.3 THE INSEPARABILITY OF PARTS
License Agreement to a computer program shall be issued to the program as a whole. Its components can not be separated and distribute independently.

You may not remove the copyright notice about David Vučenovič and other people from HTML editor Yugie 5.x.
2.6 DISTRIBUTION MEDIA
It is possible that you have received a computer program on multiple distribution media. You may not sell unused distribution media.
2.7 RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES
HTML editor Yugie 5.x IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND THE AUTHOR OR DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY USING THIS COMPUTER PROGRAM. USING PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE AUTHOR OR DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT GIVE ANY WARRANTIES OF HIS BEHAVIOR AND FUNCTIONS.
